By the way thanks to new slang terms that I refuse to list, we now call them fringe instead of bangs. Also if you have a high forehead fringe will cover it, to make your face shape proportionate. There are many types of fringe to, so you can pick the one to go with how you style your hair along with face shape and hairline. You have the simple straight a crossed fringe, angled fringe, side fringe and wispy fringe. In most people's opinion, fringe can also make you look younger because they hide wrinkles and other flaws. One of the great things about picking a longer fringe is that if you can't handle them they can be pinned up, so they are near as committal. You have to be very aware of where you put your part of your hair this plays a huge role in liking your fringe. So it depends what kind you pick, to determine where your part should fall. Some of the disadvantages are that they will take longer to style your hair, maybe by all of two minutes. You must style fringe no matter what. If you wear glasses the fringe can be really annoying just sitting on them, or frequently fall in your face. If you don't wash your hair daily, your fringe can be dirty and oil so you are more prone to break-outs. One of the biggest reasons women are apprehensive to get fringe is because of a horrendous cowlick or hairline. Hairline is something unfortunately I can't do anything about, but Cowlicks I have a fantastic trick up my sleeve, just come see me for it if you want fringe. With everything said I am personally a big FAN of fringe. It is just super important to cut them right for your face shape and lifestyle. I feel they can really drastically change your look.
